We receive information you provide when you contact us, request a stay, make a booking, apply as a property owner, or use our portals. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in messages.
Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp data
When you communicate with Centrica through Meta services, we receive the messages, comments, attachments, account or platform identifiers, profile information made available to us, and related delivery or interaction details needed to handle the conversation. Information available to us depends on the channel, your interaction, and the permissions granted through Meta. Meta separately handles information under its own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, help with availability and reservations, provide guest and property-owner support, coordinate lodging operations, maintain service records, and protect our services against misuse. Website and portal access can also generate technical records, such as IP addresses, request details, and security logs. Session cookies support functions such as signing in and keeping accounts secure.

Centrica uses automated and AI-assisted tools to help process conversations and prepare responses. Relevant messages and context may be processed by the technical providers supporting these tools. Request access, correction, or data deletion

Describe what you want to access, correct, or delete, and provide the email address, phone number, or Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp username/account you used to contact Centrica so we can locate the records. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate verification process. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We review requests manually, delete or de-identify information as applicable, and explain if records must be retained for a legal obligation, active booking, dispute, security need, or another permitted reason. Backup copies may remain until replaced through normal backup processes. Requests concerning information held independently by Meta or another provider must also be directed to that provider.
Children and policy updates
Our lodging and property-owner services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it. We may update this policy as our services or obligations change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
