Centrica is a booking marketplace, agent, and channel for curated owner-provided lodging. These terms are a launch placeholder and require attorney review.

Marketplace role

Centrica presents and processes booking requests for owner lodging providers. Centrica does not claim to own every listed property.

Payments

Centrica plans to collect guest payment through Stripe Connect, retain the platform commission, and route owner payouts through connected accounts.

No bypass

Guests and owners may not bypass Centrica for leads, inquiries, or bookings generated through the Centrica platform.

Operational details

Address, check-in instructions, house rules, and stay-specific details are released only when operationally appropriate after booking approval/payment.
